Catholic Link: New Evangelization on the Web

2012-11-15

"There's a need for more websites that focus on faith and culture. That way faith isn't reduced to something private, or something we live on during Sunday Mass. We need videos that aren't strictly religious, but that also deal with real life situations we can encounter everyday.”

DANIEL PRIETO
Co-Founder, Catholic Link

"The New Evangelization is also about acknowledging these new dimensions, these new realities, tools and opportunities that allow us to bring the Word of God, directly out to people.”

When looking for videos on Youtube, one can often feel overwhelmed. But Catholic Link tries to make things simple, by dividing videos into categories, followed with a brief explanation of each.

DANIEL PRIETO
Co-Founder, Catholic Link

"We think Youtube is a great resource. It has a lot of positive material, but up until now, no one had really picked and stored key videos from there. Videos that could eventually be used for ministry.”

Just another example of how the New Evangelization is extending its reach in the digital age.
