It's not just experts though. Producers also interview athletes, victims of terrorism, singers, actors and models who had to face these difficult questions in their lives.
"My husband and I had been married for three years and we decided to have a baby. I started writing letters to document everything including of course the day the baby was born. I thought I was going to write about all the excitement of giving birth and being a mother, but the surprise came later. When the baby was born, I wished it dead. That's when your mind is just overwhelmed with a million thoughts. I thought, I'm living through a type of hell.”
Argentinian soccer player Diego Valeri and Italian actress Claudia Koll share their own experience on how they were able to find meaning in their lives.
"I remember thinking, now you've made me realize what it is that I truly want. I thought, God, please don't take my baby. If you do, I won't understand why you brought him into this world for such a short time.”
The documentary film was produced by European Dreams Factory and it was directed by Spaniards Angel Gonzalez and Hugo Burgos. It will hit Spain's big screen on May 31st.
