Pope  Francis has received thekeys to the city of Rio de Janeiro. On  Thursday afternoon, he visited the citys municipal palace, where he was greeted  by mayor Eduardo Paes. After receiving the keys to the city, the Pope  blessed the Olympic and Paralympic flags, which hung over  the garden square. Brazil will host the Olympics in 2016.  ACCTVVM-BNup:VIC
