Pope sends condolences for victims of Turkish cargo jet crash

Many homes and vehicles in the small village are also destroyed. Pope holds his first meeting with 'Council of Cardinals'

On Tuesday morning, the Pope led his first meeting with the council ofeight cardinals, who will advise him or reforming the Curia and the governance of the Church. 

The meeting with the 'Council of Cardinals' was held at the Papal Apartment's library. To start things off, the group took a picture with the Pope before starting off their meeting with a prayer. Their first meeting round will be held from October 1st to October 3rd.

The Council of Cardinals was created by Pope Francis on April 13th, a month after his election.
