Pope Francis met with the members of the Congregation for Catholic Education. During his remarks, the Pope focused on the importance of school as a place for encounter and dialogue, since Catholic schools also enroll non-believers as students.

Pope Francis also highlighted the need to constantly train teachers. "You cannot improvise,” the Pope said. But he added that, "teaching is an act of love.”
