The pope denounces the "moral blindness of this indifference”: "under the guise of what is politically correct or ideologically fashionable, one looks at those who suffer without touching them. An app to build a civilization of love

2016-09-24

This is the pope. The pope has a dream.

This is DOCAT, the virtual Social Doctrine of the Catholic Church. Launched during WYD in Poland, it is aimed to answer one question: What should Catholics do?

This is the DOCAT app. It will help you to fulfill the dream of the pope. Do it in three simple steps.

Aside from reading the Social Doctrine of the Church, the app enables users to start groups, participate in discussions and commit to study the Social Doctrine and do acts of justice. DOCAT also features inspirational quotes from Catholic leaders and saints, including John Paul II, Mother Teresa, Pope Francis and Pope Benedict.

Do good. Share the DOCAT idea on social media. Connect with others, and talk about DOCAT. Change the world!

Alongside the app, a book has been published, and it includes a foreword by Pope Francis, in which he says his dream is to have "a whole generation of Christians that are a walking, talking social doctrine”.
