Pope dedicates audience to development of society in charity and truth

Benedicto XVI "The Earth is indeed a precious gift of the Creator who, in designing its intrinsic order, has given us guidelines that assist us as stewards of his creation. Precisely from within this framework, the Church considers that matters concerning the environment and its protection are intimately linked with integral human development".During his last general audience at his summer residence in Castel Gandolfo, the pope also encouraged all people to promote integral human development. He highlighted a society where natural resources are used in a reasonable manner with criteria based on charity and truth.BR/RS
