Pope replies to letter from Iranian President Ahmadinejad

The Pope also made note of the recent Special Assembly for the Middle East of the Synod of Bishops which met in Rome in October. He believes the work of the Synod will promote the freedom of people to express their faith in public throughout the Middle East and the world.
