Pope invites 250 homeless to Vatican for lunch

Benedict XVI was greeted with Christmas carols and a necklace of yellow and white flowers. He stopped by every table to greet his guests. “Bon appetit everyone" The Pope shared his table with a diverse crowd of homeless that included a Muslim and a Chinese man. He told them that he prays for them every day. He also explained that Jesus wanted to be born poor, and he reminded that charity is the force that changes the world because God is love.
