Ivory Coast: Kidnapped Catholic aid worker released

The motives and identities of the kidnappers are still unknown, but Caritas has expressed its gratitude to have Father Kissi back in his role as the organization?s director in the capital of Abidjan. The Catholic aid organization has been busy passing out food and providing health care to the thousands of displaced persons in Ivory Coast and Liberia. The UN estimates that around 500,000 people have been forced to leave their homes.
