Pope welcomes three new ambassadors from Australia, Colombia and Nigeria

Colombia's new ambassador is German Cardona Gutierrez. The 56 year old is a civil engineer who previously worked as Colombia's Minister of Transport. ;

Representing Nigeria is Francis Chukwuemeka Okeke. He is a medical doctor who previously served as the director of the Peenok Medical Centre in Nigeria.

The Pope also had a brief farewell meeting with American ambassador Miguel Diaz, who will conclude his term in the month of November.
