Web program to improve the world in 21 days launched

"Hello, my name is Nico Nogués and I think that today we worry too much about ourselves.â?

The program is a plan of action over the course of 21 days, that can be downloaded online. It has daily proposals on how to dedicate that day to volunteer work, donating blood, or simply cooking for someone else.

However, Nico Nogués says that the first of act of kindness on the list is the most time consuming, but also the most gratifying.

"There are 21 days to find work for another person, to help them find work.â?

Thanks to social networks, during the first few days 8,500 have downloaded the program, and three schools have shown interest in having their students participate.

Other acts of kindness include buying someone a bouquet of flowers, agree with someone you that you never see eye to eye with, or give something you no longer use to someone who needs it. They're small acts that can make the world a better place.
