Ronaldo also visits the Vatican

The legendary Brazilian striker, Ronaldo participated in Wednesday's general audience held by Pope Francis in St. Peter's Square. He is the second major soccer star to see the Pope. On February 3rd,  Ronaldinho met with Pope Francis. The two met at the launch of the second match for peace. An encounter that left Ronaldinho speechless ... "Pele or Maradona?" In his nearly three-year pontificate, the Argentinian Pope has been the person most visited by a slew of celebrities and soccer stars alike: from Maradona to Messi, Gigi Buffon and  his favorite team, San Lorenzo de Almagro and Bayern Munich.
