Indian Cardinal Ivan Dias turns 80, can no longer vote in future Conclaves

The number of cardinal electors drops to 115 as Cardinal Ivan Dias turns 80. He was Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples from 2006 to 2011. Cardinal Dias previously served as Archbishop of Bombay from 1996 until 2006.
