Emojis are enhancing the popularity of the all-time best selling book: The Bible

The latest version of the King James Bible has recently been updated to look a bit "emojifiedâ?. The Bible Emoji: Scripture 4 Millennials was released last month and it is already garnering the attention of many faithful. Some say it is reintroducing Christianity into the virtue age.

The book has included all 66 books from the King James version of the Bible and has added over 80 emojis to 200 corresponding words. The final product has 15 percent fewer character count words than the original.

@BibleEmoji is listed as the publisher. For now, the author remains physically anonymous and has chosen to appropriately identify himself or herself as an emoji or a familiar smiling face with dark sunglasses. The Bible Emoji is available for download on iBook and iTunes.
