'Fully aware of what it proposed by Plim Plim, and what was proposed by Scholas and the Pupi Foundation, they told us: 'Who better than you to be the mascot for the soccer match.' We felt honored by the invitation.

Plim Plim is broadcasted in over 22 countries in Latin America and the United States. The cartoon began three years ago in Argentina and has become phenomenon that also sends out a message.

'Every parent tries to teach their children the importance of sharing. That theme is rarely seen in animated cartoons. It can be seen in our cartoon. Parents try to teach their children to say 'please and thank you.' Plim Plim teaches them to say 'please and thank you.'

Solidarity, teamwork and respect for the environment are just some of the values of this cartoon, which according to its creators, has a lot to do with the Pope's message.

'We are fully aligned to what Pope Francis says and we try, from our humble place, to strengthen it even more.

While in Rome, Plim Plim will also visit the Bambino Gesu hospital to hand out gifts and smiles to children who need it most.
