June 14, 2010. A year after the discovery of the oldest known image of St. Paul, the oldest images of other saints have been found in the same Roman catacombs of St. Thecla.

The Pontifical Commission for Sacred Archaelogy will present these findings at a press conference next week at the basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls.

Restorers in the cubiculum of St. Thecla used laser technology to find these images.
