December 29, 2010. During the last general audience of
2010, Benedict XVI greeted thousands of Legionaries of Christ and
Regnum Christi members. Many of them are in Rome for the ordination
of 61 Legionaries of Christ, which was held on Christmas Eve.
The 61 new priests come from 11
countries and are between 30 and 40 years old.
They were ordained
by the Pontifical Delegate for the Legion of Christ, Cardinal Velasio
De Paolis, in Rome at the Basilica of St.
Paul Outside-the-Walls.
