A Jew, a Christian and a Muslim discuss the role of education, identity and dialogue during the Rimini Meeting

YoutubeAugust 24, 2012. (Romereports.com) The perspective of a Jew, a Christian and a Muslim. These three speakers discussed the complex issues of identity, education and dialogue by talking about respect.  They also talked about how to avoid mixing religion with violence.


All agreed that education is key in all this. It's something Rabbi Goshen-Gottstein, knows first hand as the founder of Jerusalem's Institute for Interfaith Studies.

Eliminating prejudices and avoid generalizations is the goal says Egyptian professor Hassan Abdel Fattah. The responsibility lies in part with professors, who he insists must lead by example.
