February 5, 2011. In the age of digital communication, applications can be found for our mobile devices to fill every taste or interest. And in the sea of applications, there are thousands aimed at Catholics. Here we highlight some of the most interesting we found in the market.

Apple, for example, offers the 'iMisal,' it includes the calendar of the liturgical year, prayers and the readings of Mass.

In 2008, an Italian priest launched his own application called the 'iBreviary', the prayer book that makes the entire year's psalms and hymns available at your fingertips. 

Music lovers who like their tunes with a spiritual message will enjoy 'Christian Rock Music,' an application that offers the latest in Christian rock.

If you are a little forgetful and disorganized, then the Tithe can be a handy application, it helps you calculate the amount of money given to the Church in a week. 

The Android has introduced a set of its own applications that includes prayers for children, or one that gives a virtual tour of St. Peter's Basilica.
