"The amount of resources which are able to put into the production of condoms, if they were spended to subsidize antiretroviral drugs they would be happier. In Africa, for the availability of antiretroviral drugs than... so the resources are there to produce condoms for use, if my opinion, like me, if I was ever asked, I would say let us use those resources to support the production of antiretroviral drugs to supply to the people because right now it is not available because of the cost, so right now if we bring down the cost that's probably the big favor we can do to people suffering from HIV, Aids."
