August 21, 2010. The Catholic charity Aid to the Church in Need is helping prepare for the Pope's visit to the UK with thousands of prayers.

They’ve prayed 31,000 decades of the Rosary, which usually is about seven weeks of prayer. Eucharistic adoration has taken place for more than 130 days.

Those who joined the initiative have added their names to a handmade book which will be given to Pope Benedict XVI during his upcoming visit in September.
