April 14, 2012. (Romereports.com) Twenty-six families with limited resources will be able to attend the
World Meeting of Families in Milan thanks to
support from the help of others in a show of solidarity. The organization hopes to support more families and has set up an online account for donations.
Each family that registers for the World Meeting has
the option to make a donation for other others who can not afford transportation or lodging expenses for the trip.
The organization has raised more than
$40,000, which will help 12 families from Belarus, 10 from Haiti and 4 from Zimbabwe travel to Milan for the meeting.It's an act of charity to make sure that no one will miss the event which begins on
May 30th and will be closed by Pope Benedict XVI on June 3rd.OFL/AE
