pope. The lessons he learned while defending John Paul II he carried
with him into the business world.
In his book “The Pope and the CEO,” he shares some of his favorite moments while serving in the Swiss Guard and what he learned in business leadership.
Since leaving the Vatican, Widmer has experienced success and failure in his career in business consulting and economic development.
He has helped to create the Seven Fund, a non-profit run by entrepreneurs that seek to aid other entrepreneurs working in poverty stricken areas.
His book helps to find a balance between a life of faith and business.
