October 3, 2012. (Romereports.com) October 11th, marks the beginning of the Year of Faith. Without a doubt
bloggers and the internet, will play a key role in this. That's why
from October 5th to the 7th, an international bloggers conference will
take place in Santander, Spain. The title translates to “Bloggers with
the Pope”.
The theme is the “World needs more witnesses than teachers.” Attending will be bloggers like Luis Javier Moxó, whose site is titled 'Throw in your nets.” Also attending will be Carlos Veci, from the “Following Chesterton” blog. ROME REPORT'S community manager, Alberto Chinchilla will also be present.
The first conference was held in Madrid just days before World Youth Day kicked off in 2011. Eventually organizers would like the conference to be held in all the cities where World Youth Day will be celebrated.
But if it seems like the blogging world is a bit too complicated or intimidating, on their website, which is in Spanish, www.bloguerosconelpapa.org, organizers have a so called school for bloggers, so they can all participate in the Year of Faith in their own personal blog.
