What kind of news and information can I find on RomeReports.com?

RomeReports.com offers all news related to the Pope, the Vatican and issues relevant for the Catholic church. The reports are available in text and video form. Additionally, you can view our Weekly Program as well as order DVD documentaries from our comprehensive library. Broadcast stations can buy the rights to air those documentaries and programs.



Where can I see which documentaries you offer?

At the top of the homepage, click on “Documentaries” and you will be taken to a page that lists our documentaries. From that list, you can watch the trailer for each one in English or in Spanish. You can find additional information on the left side of the homepage if you click “Documentaries”.



Where can I find all news related to Pope Benedict XVI and John Paul II?

On the home page, click on the tab “Benedict XVI” or “John Paul II” and there you will find the latest news on them as well as an archive of stories related to them from the past year.



How can I sign up to receive the Newsletter?

On the left side of the homepage, click “Newsletter” and then enter your e-mail address and preferences.



Where can I send my questions and comments?

On the left side of the homepage, click “Feedback” to send us any questions, comments or suggestions. For sales inquiries or to reach the newsroom, click on “Contact Us”.



Can I watch the Weekly Newsprogram in my country?

Our program, “Rome Reports: The World Seen From The Vatican” airs in the United States, Chile, Paraguay, Spain, France and Poland.



Why can not I watch videos?

If you can not see our content you must install a free software. You can install directly from our website, click here

 

How to download a product purchased through our e-commerce?
 
When you purchase a download format, the documentary can be downloaded automatically. Once logged in, enter into "My Account", located in the Shopping section. There, you'll  find your order invoice that includes a link where you can download the documentary. Just click and wait for the complete download. The file will remain active in our server for 7 days.  After a maximum of 5 clicks, the system will be disabled for security reasons. Thank you
