June 8, 2013 (Romereports.com) Their flight was more than 12 hours long and they traveled approximately
8,000 miles specifically to see Pope Francis in person. The Teo family
traveled all the way from Singapore to attend a general audience. Now
that they've seen the Pope they are heading back home, after being in
Italy for just under 24 hours. They say it was all worth it.

about 30 minutes. In an article published in the 'Bild Zeitung'
newspaper, he wrote that the former Pope told him: “I live like a monk

868 million people, 12.5 percent of world's population, suffers from
hunger.
In its report 'Food Systems for Better Nutrition”, the
FAO estimates that two billion people suffer from some nutrition
deficiency, and that 26% of children under five suffer from stunted
growth caused by nutritional deficiencies.

days later, history was being made thousands of miles away, in the
streets of St. Petersburg, Russia.

killed because of their faith, during Spain's civil war. He also gave
the title of 'venerable' to four founders of religious congregations.
