(Romereports.com) (-ONLY VIDEO-) The personal secretary to the Pope is now archbishop. During the ceremony at St. Peter's Basilica, three other prelates were ordained: Vincenzo Zani, Fortunatus Nwackukwu and Nicolas Thevenin.
One month ago, Benedict XVI reinforced his trust in Georg Gaenswein by naming him as the Prefect of the Papal Household. His duties will include coordinating activities and meetings for the Pope.
Georg Gaenswein designed an episcopal coat of arms that shows his loyalty.
Only he, as the Prefect of the Papal Household, is allowed to reproduce
the Pope's coat of arms, which he chose to do in the left half.
In addition, the right half features a blue background and the Star of Bethlehem, representative of the Virgin Mary, as well as a dragon, representing loyalty.
