March 9, 2010. In the coming weeks the Pope will issue an apostolic exhortation on the Bible. This is an official document that will include some of the ideas that surfaced in the Synod on the Word of God back in October of 2008.
The secretary general of the Synod of Bishops, Nikola Eterovic made the announcement.

The pope will invite all to read the Word of God to find Jesus Christ, The Path, Truth and Life for everyone ".
Joseph Ratzinger has devoted much of his work and academic life to the Scripture. Along with the next document, next Spring he’ll also publish the second part of his book Jesus of Nazareth.
