December 8, 2012. (Romereports.com) Three new apps aim to make it easier for expect parents to choose between Christian names for their children, and to help youth choose a saint for their confirmation.

The first app is called Saint Names for Your Baby. Soon-to-be parents can browse through more than 1000 names of Catholic saints. The app provides biographic information on each saint, as well as their patronage and feast day.


Along those same lines, a second app titled Patron Saints allows any person to look up the story of each saint.

Lastly, the Confirmation Names app is targeted towards youth in undergoing the process of confirmation. During the process, each youth is asked to choose a saint as a role model.
