June 1, 2012. (Romereports.com) (-ONLY VIDEO-) At ten minutes past five in the afternoon, Benedict XVI touched down at
Milan's Linate Airport to attend the World Meeting of Families.
He was welcomed by two children with a bouquet of flowers. Also awaiting his arrival was the Cardinal Angelo Scola, archbishop of Milan, and Cardinal Ennio Antonelli, president of the Pontifical Council for the Family.
From the popemobile, Benedict XVI greeted families and volunteers that were waiting at the airport and then moved to the city's main plaza of the Duomo for his first meeting with the public.
