December 2, 2011. (Romereports.com) (-ONLY VIDEO-) On Friday morning, the pope attended the year's first sermon of Advent. The event took place at the Vatican's “Redemptoris Mater” chapel where Fr. Raniero Cantalamessa, delivered the sermon. As part of the tradition, from now up until Christmas, the Roman Curia will hear four weekly sermons, which are meant to prepare them for the coming celebration.




The reflections will take a look back at the Church's history, by focusing on four periods where it undertook the mission of the New Evangelization.
