Pope Benedict XVI shares a meal with the poor, days after attack

December 28, 2009. Pope Benedict XVI visited one of Rome's soup kitchens and shared a meal with about 150 needy and homeless people.

This was the pope's first time leaving the Vatican after he was pushed to the ground by a 25-year old woman at Christmas Eve Mass.
