The Pope concluded the Week of Christian Unity at the tomb of the Apostle Saint Paul. He was joined by representatives of other Christian faiths.


Benedict XVI was optimistic, and said that legitimate differences between different Christian denominations were not an obstacle, rather a source of wealth.

The Pope also said that if Christians don't make attempts at reconciliation through real initiatives, they will not be credible when they call for peace.
