Pope interrupts vacation to celebrate Mass with 8,000 faithful in the town of Frascati

YoutubeJuly 16, 2012. (Romereports.com) On Sunday morning, Benedict XVI traveled to the Italian town of Frascati, where he celebrated Mass with 8,000 people in the courtyard of the local cathedral.

During his visit, the Pope explained how Jesus chose the twelve apostles. He also noted that people who wanted to speak about God in today's society should not be attached to money, comforts, or seek the applause of the powerful.
