Dear friends, you’ve come to Rome during Holy Week for an experience of faith, friendship and spiritual enrichment. I invite you all to reflect on the importance of your academic studies to form a “universal Catholic mentality” which San Josemaria described as “a breadth of vision and a deepening insight into the things that remain alive and unchanged in Catholic orthodoxy.” Hopefully it will increase the desire in each one of you to personally find Jesus Christ so you can proclaim his message with joy in every environment".
