Pope sends letter to Knights of Columbus for 130th anniversary

YoutubeAugust 7, 2012. (Romereports.com) Benedict XVI has sat a letter to the Knights of Columbus on the occasion of 130 years of founding STI. It was signed by Vatican Also Secretary of State, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone. Currently the group is holding a convention in California That will end on August 9. The motto for the meeting is "Proclaim liberty throughout the land".

In His message, the Pope Thanked the Knights of Columbus For Their work to defend religious freedom, past and present.

The letter ends With The signature of Secretary of State Bertone, the Pope prays That noting for Them and Their Activities.

The Knights of Columbus is the largest Catholic charitable fraternity. They Have Worked to Improve Conditions of society since the founding STI in the United States in the year 1882.
