August 3, 2012. (Romereports.com) Benedict XVI sent a message to Muslims for the end of Ramadan.
It was signed by Cardinal Jean Louis Taurán, president of the Pontifical Council for Inter-religious Dialogue.
In the message the Pope stresses the importance of educating young Muslims and Christians toward justice and peace. He also asks young people of both religions to cultivate “freedom and truth” in order to build a culture that respects the rights and dignity of every citizen.
