February 16, 2012. (Romereports.com) To celebrate the Feast Day of Our Lady of Hope, Benedict XVI met with a group of seminarians in Rome. The traditional meeting takes place every year.
This time around, the Pope called on the group to be aware of the reality around them and also to never conform. He went on to explain that while the financial world and the media are both useful and necessary in today's world, not knowing how to balance them can be dangerous, since they can also consume a person.
The Pope urged the seminarians to be saintly men. As a way to reflect the faith of the Church, he also asked them to be open to the truth.
