November 11, 2011. (Romereports.com) Although there is still over a month before Christmas Day, St. Peter's Square is already preparing for the celebration. Construction work has already began putting the structural foundations that will support the Vatican's Nativity scene, one of the most visited in the world.
The construction will go on until a few days before Christmas when there will finally be an unveiling.
Last year's scene was a surprise because it showed the typical figures
of a Filipino family, that was a gift from their country to the Vatican.
The details for this year's Nativity scene is still unknown.
