May 30, 2012. (Romereports.com) A recent massacre in the Syria town of Houla left over 100 people and dead and brought unanimous condemnation from the international community. Even the Vatican expressed it's concern over the situation, saying that the pope has been distressed by the news coming out of the country.

After the UN condemned Syria “in the strongest terms possible” for the attack in Houla, Western nations have begun to expel Syrian ambassadors in a move coordinated with the United States.
