March 20, 2012. (Romereports.com) At the beginning of 2011, four archbishops made an 'apostolic visitation' to investigate four  dioceses as well as seminaries and religious congregations in Ireland. The visitation was called to look into allegations of sexual abuse.

On Tuesday, the Vatican publicly released a report on its conclusions. The report emphasizes the anger and betrayal the Pope feels before these sinful and criminal acts.
