Pope welcomes Cuban pilgrims and prepares for World Youth Day in Angelus

Benedict XVI will be arriving in Spain?s capital on Thursday August 18th and invited all young people to accompany him on his journey. As I prepare to join them, I ask you to accompany us with your prayers for the spiritual fruitfulness of this important event.” The pope?s next Sunday Angelus will take place in Madrid for the close of World Youth Day where he will announce the location for the next meeting of Catholic youth.
