WYD Rio 2013 is looking for volunteers

The website recently had a make-over. Now, it includes a multimedia page in Portuguese, English and Spanish. It also has information explaining the purpose of World Youth Day and its official motto. Users can also find videos and pictures from previous World Youth Day celebrations and they can even read several of the pope?s speeches online. ;

World Youth Day 2013 also has a Facebook and Twitter account, which so far, have about 30,000 followers. ;

The website also has an application titled “Follow the Cross,” where users can track the journey of World Youth Day?s Cross, as it makes its way across Brazil. ;
