Vatican says conclave could start before March 15 if all cardinals are in Rome

But only in the case that there is no need to wait for anyone else.� The spokesperson for the Vatican also revealed that after February 28, Benedict XVI will likely stay for about two months at Castel Gandolfo. So, by about the end of April, or the beginning of May, which is the expected time of completion for the work at his new home.� On Sunday, Benedict XVI will lead his second to the last Angelus at St. Peter's Square.
