Pope gets out of Popemobile to bless disabled man before Inaugural Mass

The Popemobile took Pope Francis across the Square for a relatively short ride, amid loud applause and cheering from the faithful. It intensified when the Pope asked the driver to stop before a disabled man. He got off and walked to the man to give him his blessing, among “thank yous.” After 20 minutes, he retured to the Basilica to prepare for the start of the ceremony. ;
