Archbishops of Buenos Aires, Québec and Seoul, Korea are made cardinals by Pope Francis
Pope Francis celebrated his first consistory by creating 19 cardinals. Wearing the red attire that distinguishes cardinals, they knelt before Pope Francis as he blessed them and gave them their traditional red beretta. ;
Here is a list of the second group of new Cardinals:
-Gerald Cyprien Lacroix, Archbishop Quebec, Canada.
-Jean Pierre Kutwa, Archbishop of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
-Orani Joao Tempesta, Archbishop of Sao Sebastiao do Rio de Janeiro.
-Gualtiero Bassetti, Archbishop of Perugia, Italy.
-Mario Aurelio Poli, Archbishop of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
-Andrew Yeom Soo Jung, Archbishop of Seoul, Korea.
