Pope Francis creates Secretariat for Communication

June 27, 2015. The Pope has created a Secretariat for Communication, which will unify all Vatican media, including the Press Room, Twitter and the Pontifical Council for Social Communications. Its prefect is the Italian priest Dario Viganò, and the number two is the Argentine Lucio Adrian Ruiz.
