LIVE: Pope meets with Roman bishops in Basilica of St. John Lateran

Pope Francis heads to meet with Roman bishops in the Basilica of St. John Lateran at 7 p.m.

This encounter with auxiliar bishops, priests, clergy and lay people from the Eternal City concludes the journey of reflection on “spiritual illnesses,” an initiative proposed by Pope Francis' vicary at the beginning of Lent.

Before giving his address, a professor from the Lateran University will present the pope with a summary of the work carried out by various Roman parishes responding to the reflection.
