LIVE: Pope speaks through video conference with young people from across the globe

The pope is participating in the Pontifical Scholas Ocurrentes Foundation event. There he will speak by video conference with young people from all over the world. 

At 4 p.m. Rome time, Pope Francis will be the first to click on the international project “Programming for Peace.” It is part of the inauguration of the “Scholas Technological Hub.” It is a project where thousands of children and young people will learn computer programming from an ethical perspective. 

In addition, the initiative is supported by the world's foremost leaders in technological development.
